What
A
Time
To
Be
Alive!
Enough said, right? This moment is all we have. Right now. If we can really feel that, why would we not extract the juice out of every moment?
The WATTBA philosophy is one of taking a deliberate position of peace, cheer and optimism. If the day involves bereavement, loss or difficulty, can we still say, WATTBA? Should we still say WATTBA? Only you can decide that. But ponder this: are natural and healthy emotions and cycles, which naturally include death, loss and breakdown in relationships, mutually exclusive with WATTBA?
Put another way, even when what one is unwrapping in this moment is really challenging them, can they not still find gratitude in the gift of life?
You can probably guess what my answer to the last question is…
WATTBA is at once a statement of faith, a declaration of enthusiasm and a prayer of gratitude. Faith in the possibilities that lie before us. Enthusiasm to embrace those possibilities. And gratitude for all the good in life.
